I would like to give you some feedback regarding John, the Cape Cod electrician working on our renovation at Randwick. We have found he to be the most engaging and solution-orientated tradesperson that we have encountered with a passion for his profession. He takes the time to listen, asks questions and offers solutions that Kath and I would not have thought of as first-time renovators. Furthermore, he continually asks what else can he do to make the experience a positive one.

I just wanted to pass on a huge thank you for fixing the roof problems I identified back in June. The professionalism shown throughout the entire process was very pleasing and Philip was very good at explaining the process and completing the job without fuss.

We did two separate renovations with Cape Cod. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work. Having Aaron as our Project Manager was excellent this time around. Because of his professionalism, we’d recommend Cape Cod for sure.

We have been working with Cape Cod for twenty years. My employees would rather work on Cape Cod sites than any other primarily because they know they will be safe, respected and well treated, they also like that they are not rushed and are encouraged to produce quality work in a timely fashion which of course gives them job satisfaction which is very important. I prefer working with them because they are simply better organised and more reliable than others which means that more often than not we are dealing with happy satisfied clients.

Thanks for organising the repairs to our roof today. Aaron (and Mark the roofer) turned up, took off some tiles, diagnosed the problem and repaired it in 30 minutes tops. Aaron, and Ian who did the initial investigation, were professional and very efficient. This was an amazing outcome for us, and it reinforced why we came back to Cape Cod for our second reno, and why we continue to recommend your services to anyone who asks.

Phil was a great Site Supervisor, John was a lovely Electrician. All the team were easy to work with. Darek was a pleasure as the Designer.

Dean, our Construction Supervisor did an amazing job. We really enjoyed working with him and he was very helpful the whole time.
