We are thrilled with the result and process of our extension. Every tradesperson and consultant that represented your company were professional, courteous and great people to work with. I think what I really appreciated was that everyone who came to our home was considerate of my two children and myself and we were comfortable continuing on as normal as the work went on around us. To me this was really important. Sometimes when tradespeople enter your home you don’t feel 100% comfortable, this was never the case with Cape Cod. I congratulate John and Rob for their professionalism and their tireless efforts to make us happy.

Thank you for arranging someone to come out so quickly to have a look at our leaking roof. Geoff suspected it was due to some missing sarking and added some on the spot. This is great service and much appreciated. That little bit of extra service and peace of mind that little issues will be looked at, even a couple of years after the project is completed, are some of the key benefits that sets Cape Cod apart that we will always tell people about.

A job well done from the initial consultation, to the construction and finally the clean up. Not as painful as I thought it would be. The neighbours were amazed at the speed in which it was finished and I would definitely recommend Cape Cod to any one who was interested in renovating.

After pursuing other design and renovation options we concluded that Cape Cod offered the best value for money. At the end of the project we found that great quality and service were also integral to a trouble-free building experience and a very pleasing end product.

Both neighbours and strangers have commented to us on the swift and well-organised execution of the building, timely completion, and appreciation of the streetscape appeal of the finished house.
