Cape Cod Australia is Sydney’s largest specialist design-builder of major home additions & extensions and we operate right across the Sydney metro. We are an Australian company that have managed major home renovation projects for over 8,000 clients since 1965 and have won numerous awards for the quality of our designs and construction, including being awarded as the HIA NSW Professional Renovator Builder of the Year (2015).

1. Fixed Quote – We quote you the full price
Most architects and builders will usually provide a “ballpark” estimated building cost to extend your home. This is a good starting point, but you don’t want to be stung with costs for items which were not included in the quoted price. Our initial proposal covers all the costs we know will be required for the scope of works as specified at this time, including council fees, inspections, certificates and more; even Council bonds and damage deposits. Upon acceptance of the detailed proposal and approval of all relevant authorities, we will prepare and issue to you a fixed price HIA NSW Residential Building Contract for RENOVATIONS & ADDITIONS so that you will know exactly what the cost of your home extension will be at all times.
