Our Design Consultant Matt was helpful, patient and flexible. He listened to what we wanted to achieve and created the design that best fit our needs. Our Construction Supervisor Dean was a great manager and a particularly good communicator. He was very professional, easy to deal with and helped immensely through many of the challenges we faced. All tradesmen were very professional and provided a high standard of work. Overall, we are very happy with the end result and will be forever grateful to everyone for helping us get there.

I was really impressed with how courteous the tradesmen were, they were so polite and well mannered. The quality of the paperwork from the office was fantastic. Matt did very well putting up with my patience which can be short wired. Everyone did a great job and whilst I was expecting 110% that’s what we got the whole way along. A big thanks to everyone.

The estimation of the cost was adhered to, we were kept up to date with developments, the time it took to complete was swift and all tradespeople were courteous and diligent. We love our new home which was a combination of Cape Cod’s directions and out particular recommendations. We would definitely recommend Cape Cod to our neighbours.
