Dear Dave, a huge thank you for everything you’ve done this year! You helped us to get in to our house earlier than expected and we would never have got this far with our outside landscaping without your expertise and fantastic contacts. You have been so generous with your time and we have really enjoyed working with you!

I just wanted to let you know your maintenance man Geoff came again and he provided service of the very highest quality. Hopefully we have got to the bottom of the problems but even if we haven’t he went over and above the call of duty in trying to sort them out. Please pass on these thanks to him and to whoever supervised him.

Just wanted to let you know that we are getting asked a fair bit about our renovation by family, friends and people who just see the great work you guys have done at our place. I can seriously say that our Supervisor,  Aaron is exceptional, having built many homes in the past. He is professional, on time and gives solutions to issues that may arise without panic or pressure. Aaron is a real asset to your organisation.

I just wanted to pass my thanks onto you and your team for the fantastic job of my renovation. Dean, as per usual, was amazing at coordinating and making things run smoothly, he really made the experience hassle free for me and was always willing to help. Also, all the tradies were great. My second reno with Cape Cod. As expected, brilliant. There was no stress at all, I would not hesitate to recommend Cape Cod to anyone seeking a renovation.

I am presently selling our family home in Sydney. My parents engaged Cape Cod Australia to construct a two storey extension in 1968. The project ran like clockwork and the workmanship was first class. They were so impressed with the work, that they again engaged Cape Cod to do a kitchen extension and entertaining area in 1977. It has been a great quality and functional home and a wonderful place to live for the last 50 years. There have been no issues or need for repair. It is a true testament to their workmanship. I was 10 when the initial extension was built. I’ve recently turned 60 and think the house has weathered better than me! Thanks to all involved in this wonderful company. ​

We just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with Philip when he managed our build. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, got things done efficiently and our house looks amazing. We couldn’t be happier. Our neighbours on both sides commented on how impressed they were with the way the building works were managed. ​Please pass on our thanks to Philip. You’re very lucky to have him!

We were both really impressed with Cape Cod from the first meeting with Scott to the completion of the build. The quality of the tradesmen was also outstanding!

At the start of the process we were very worried. There are so many horror stories about house renovations and things that can go wrong. But Cape Cod was amazing. Ross and David always helpful and accommodating. The whole process was much simpler and the result perfect. Thank you Cape Cod!!​

A bit of feedback on your contractors at North Strathfield. They are by far the most considerate and respectful tradies I’ve ever come across! We have so many builds happening in the street and the guys from Cape Cod are by far the best we’ve come across.

Cape Cod & their tradesmen were very considerate to us (as neighbours to their client) & kept us informed of key work being undertaken or any disruption & always cleared up after the work. I had no complaints throughout the renovations & felt I could easily enquire about anything – Cape Cod was highly responsive to all of my enquiries. Following the renovation I had an enquiry that I thought may be linked to the works & possibly affected my house – it did not, but Cape Cod sent Geoff around to check my roof. He is an exceptional representative for Cape Cod, going over & above what was ‘necessary’ & made sure things on the roof were ‘made good’ although it was not necessarily the responsibility of himself & Cape Cod. Geoff was so genuinely helpful, friendly, & courteous – he is such a brilliant asset to your company! Also, Andrew did an exceptional job in his role as Site Supervisor. Andrew was highly responsive & was great when I made my enquiry after the works had been completed & he was no longer managing my neighbours renos. As a neighbour of one of Cape Cod’s clients who underwent major renovation, I want to personally praise the work undertaken by all employees & contractors to Cape Cod – a happy neighbour is surely rare!

We are all so pleased with our first floor addition. Our Supervisor, Jaimie, did a great job organising and negotiating with some tricky issues, and the whole project was completed in an exceptionally quick and efficient time frame. Our Design Consultant, Ross, was very patient and helpful with every detail.

From seeing the initial design on paper to actually living in the house is absolutely fantastic! We couldn’t recommend Cape Cod highly enough, also a very big thank you to our Supervisor John.
