From the very beginning of the project starting with Darek and throughout the project with Gary the major additions to our home have been without hitch and an enjoyable experience. In particular those trades that we came into contact with have demonstrated efficiency and courtesy. Carpenter Shane, the electrician John, the tiler Jay and her team, the plasterers and painters were at all times helpful and co-operative. I appreciate there were other trades and professionals that we did not come into direct contact with. Their work speaks for itself.

Construction was carried out in a true & tradesman like manner, well coordinated trade by trade with no hold ups. We would definitely recommend Cape Cod Builders.
