Josh was very helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I understood the problem, the work he completed and options for repair should the problem re-occur. I appreciate the flexibility shown in organising a time for Josh to attend our service (given we are all working from home). Josh willingly complied with the requirements of our COVID Safety Plan. As an small organisation we really appreciate the reliability of Cape Cod’s trades and the timely responses to our requests. Even though this was a revisit Josh was respectful of prior trades and did not make me feel like I was imposing on his time.

Your team is great to deal with and have never had a problem when I have called. They were very helpful every time.

From the beginning the service was excellent. Scott, our Design Consultant, took the time to listen to our needs and step us through the process and his drawings and suggestions were on point.

I would particularly like to commend our Supervisor, Phil. He was always available to us, if he missed our call, he would call straight back. If there was ever an issue he would look into it as soon as possible and come up with a solution. He would have a million tasks swirling around, however he always took time to explain things to us and to understand our needs. I can not speak highly enough of Phil and also the entire team. All the trades were polite, respectful and dedicated.

We have been very impressed with the entire experience we have had with Cape Cod from the beginning to the end and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

As for the Admin Department, I spoke to them often, each time they were happy to help me with my enquiries. Main point, everything was solved. I was totally satisfied.

The work is excellent as usual and he is always exceptionally helpful and thorough. Coupled with Phil’s proactive follow ups and accessibility, the maintenance service is really brilliant. Our construction Supervisor Dean was a fantastic representative of your company. He was caring, helpful and respectful while doing his job – sometimes above and beyond. We have already invited people from the neighbourhood (unknown to us) as they were looking at a similar project. They were impressed with the workmanship they saw.

We found our Designer Barbara, Supervisor Dean and all the tradesmen to be polite, flexible, patient and accommodating. It was a great benefit that we were able to live on site for the majority of the build, we were pleased the project came in ahead of schedule and we are over the moon with the results.

Supervisor Philip has been excellent from the beginning and now when we needed assistance and maintenance. All trades have been professional and helpful.

During the first week on site, one of your managers introduced himself to us, he let us know how long the project would take, and he said we should reach out if we had any concerns whatsoever. Although we never had any concerns or complaints, it was good to know that your company cared about the neighbours. His courteous manner set the tone for the rest of your team, as everyone was very friendly and considerate throughout their 12 months on site. Considering the size of the project, it was pretty amazing how neat they kept the pavement, and noise was never any issue either. So while I haven’t used your services before, I have become a bird’s eye fan, and I’ve recommended your company to friends who are looking to build. So I’d just like to say well done to your team for the way they managed the project.

Aaron our Supervisor was absolutely BRILLIANT. So organised, well informed and knowledgeable. We have recommended Cape Cod to so many people and Aaron is one of the main reasons why. He is an absolute asset to Cape Cod.
