Please pass on how happy we are with the integrity and quality of the building as well as the respectful and friendly tradies who made coming into our personal space bearable! They were great. In particular we have to say a huge thank you to Jono as our project manager. He’s respectful, professional, very knowledgeable and attentive. All feedback was taken on board really positively. He acknowledged any delays that weren’t necessarily his cause. We trusted him and found his friendly and calm manner a complete ease to work with. He’s a great asset to Cape Cod and we would recommend him and Cape Cod to anyone. We love our home and the sense of space it has brought us. Darek’s fantastic design has been brought to life just as intended!
