Project Brief
Our clients were looking to create an environment that would give both them and their two teenage children private spaces, as well as areas where they could come together as a family. Living in an iconic leafy suburb close to the harbour, they also had the opportunity to capitalise on the potential view of the city skyline and the Harbour Bridge.
The Results
The innovative use of space and design reflect the integrity and style of the existing Californian Bungalow home for a modern day lifestyle. Our clients have achieved more than they had imagined; with more space, multiple living areas and iconic views. The attention to detail has created a spectacular home both inside and out. The house has a very impressive street appeal and stands proud among the other properties in the local area. It certainly is the perfect outcome for the whole family.
