Project Brief
Rebecca and Andrew had a very specific brief in mind – a Hamptons style beach home with the first floor addition integrated with the existing home so that it did not look like an after thought.
The Results
The first floor addition provides a magnificent parents’ retreat featuring a master bedroom, WIR and ensuite. It is reminiscent of a luxury hotel suite with its separate lounge area and balcony. The generously-sized ensuite echoes this luxury, with a twin shower, recessed shaving cabinets, wall hung vanity and quality fittings. The first floor also includes a guest bedroom/study to complete the story.
