Project Brief
Kim and Gavin wanted to extend their home to give their two growing girls more privacy and space while they were growing up and decided to look into a first floor addition that needed to consist of two bedrooms, a kids’ rumpus room, toy room and a bathroom for the children, along with a separate study and guest bedroom on the ground floor level.
The Results
This stylish extension has taken a compact family home and turned it into a gracious, spacious residence, able to meet their needs for years to come. A first floor addition, encompassing two extra bedrooms as well as a family bathroom and rumpus room, has effectively transformed their modest family home into a five-bedroom double storey home, with a study.
