Project Brief
The clients knew they had a challenge on their hands when they decided it was time to renovate their small semi-detached home in Crows Nest. With not much space available to extend their home and their address falling within the boundaries of a very strict council, they really needed the help of an innovative and experienced building company.
The Results
The quality of Cape Cod’s workmanship speaks for itself and is evident in every aspect of this project. The innovative design and purpose-built spaces have created a stylish and more functional family home. The clients were very impressed by the final result, with their home now boasting 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious study. The successful use of space exceeded all of their expectations and has added value to their day-to-day family life. This house definitely holds many surprise features within its walls.

‘Aesthetically, the designer and builders have done a great job with the different parts of the sloping roof, which look like features of the room. This makes it much more interesting than a typical uniformly shaped room. The bathroom was an incredibly tight fit under the roof but again, the builders did an amazing job at making it all work.’
